Needle Point Bipolar Ionisation (NPBI) technology is used in commercial and residential buildings to purify air safely for the environment and people. The patented technology uses an electronic charge to create a plasma field filled with a high concentration of + and – ions without producing ozone. As these ions
move with the air stream, they combine with particles, pathogens gases. The ions help to concentrate fine submicron particles, making them easier to filter. They kill pathogens by stripping them of the hydrogen necessary for life. Ions break down harmful VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) with a potential of less than twelve eV (Ev)
